Shipping policy

Allow 1-5 business days to receive your package. Shipping is done with a 3rd party. You will receive an e-mail with information to track your shipment. 

Two delivery attempts will be made. Should the delivery fail after two attempts, your package will return to us and your order will be canceled.

SHIPPING ISSUES

In the case of unexpected logistical issues, we will contact you and inform you of the situation. 

A total refund will be made in case of logistical issues from us.

No refunds will be offered in the case of two failed delivery attempts.
